Check out our volunteer opportunities! We offer on-site opportunities throughout the year so if you’re thinking about working with us to help teach children survival swimming and water safety in beautiful Bali, fill out our application and we will get back to you shortly.

How It Works

Once you fill out our volunteer application, we’ll be in touch to discuss your eligibility and next steps.

If you don’t have the time to help on site in Indonesia, you can help in many different ways whether that be through hosting a local fundraiser, bake sale or swim-a-thon.

“Volunteering with Swimdo was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Not only did I get to immerse myself in Balinese culture, I also got to spend my time working towards something I truly believe in. ”

– Dylan, Volunteer ’19

Fundraising

As a non-profit, we rely on the generosity of our donors to help fund our programs throughout Indonesia. Fundraisers are a fun way to help raise money and awareness for our programs without committing to time in Bali. In the past, volunteers have helped to organize all kinds of events. Here are just a few:

  • Hosting a house party fundraiser
  • Working with local businesses and venues to host fundraising events
  • Swim-a-thons with local schools and master swimmer programs

Next Steps

Participation is open to the communities we currently serve. Anyone who’s interested in volunteering can submit an application. Our team will review your information and reach out about how you can get started.
